FLAG FOR LEGAL REVIEW. These terms are a working template for an adult classified directory. They are not a legal opinion and should be reviewed for the places where the directory is offered, including India.

The directory is for adults aged 21 and over. Listings must not involve minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual activity, or illegal services.

Publishing a listing does not mean the directory checked a person’s identity unless a verified badge is shown. That badge is manual.

We may suspend or remove a listing after a report or a removal request. Hosting outside India does not remove Indian legal obligations where they apply.
